It has been cold all week, but last night was bitterly cold. My four dogs didn’t want to go outside. Poor Bella, our Boston Terrier, ran outside and literally froze in place from the cold. She stood staring at me and just shivered.

Bill was out for the evening, so the girls and I had a pajama party, and we stayed nice and warm in front of the fireplace and I enjoyed a glass of wine as the temperature dropped to a low of 8 degrees. Brrrrr.
